Attention Seniors: Are you fluent in a language other than English? Consider applying for the Seal of Biliteracy. The Seal of Biliteracy is a very prestigious recognition by the State of California indicating that you are bilingual and biliterate. To be eligible to apply for the Seal of Biliteracy, you must be in the 12th grade, have earned an overall GPA of 2.0 in your English courses in grades 9-11, and scored "Standard Met" or "Standard Exceeded" on the California state assessment test (CAASPP) in English Language Arts.
